Three years ago, Davidge Warfield OPMP CMH CMR joined the organization and the Energy Services Division was formed based on his pioneering efforts in the mastic sealing of Remediation services exhaust systems. He pioneered one of the Fist NYSERDA exhaust retrofit services with Steven Winter Associates. He was awarded the pilot research ventilation project with NY DHCR for ten buildings thru the Weatherization project to ascertain the real world feasibility. To date close over 75 multi-family buildings have been completed in the NYC area and CEI continues to be the leader in mastic sealing as opposed to pressurized fogging or sealing in the multi-family world as the advantage of no release of the fogging glue into the occupied areas via pressurization and no restriction on multiple unit access offer significant advantages.
