Three years ago, Davidge Warfield OPMP CMH CMR joined the organization and the Energy Services Division was formed based on his pioneering efforts in the mastic sealing of exhaust systems. He pioneered one of the Fist NYSERDA exhaust retrofit services with Steven Winter Associates. He was awarded the pilot research ventilation project with NY DHCR for ten buildings thru the Weatherization project to ascertain the real-world feasibility. The CEI team is comprised of professionals dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of indoor air quality. Through ongoing education and training, we stay current on the latest HVAC issues, technology, and remediation procedures.

Consolidated Environmental technicians go through tensive mold contamination and water restoration training courses; adhering to general procedures developed by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists, New York City Department of Health, and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification.
