I started in real estate many years ago, while working full time in the advertising industry. I obtained my real estate license in 2014, with the sole intention being to purchase an investment property for myself as a long term investment. I wanted to learn, have more control, and had been off put by my pervious experiences dealing with realtors.My first transaction as a licensed realtor was my own 4-unit apartment building. Shortly thereafter, friends began asking for help to buy properties of their own. At first I was reluctant, but I quickly fell in love with the process of helping, and using my personal experience to help guide other families into their dreams.
