This year has been the hottest year on record and this has been a trend for the past 3 consecutive years. Fire season has moved from summer to February in many wildfire hotspot locations. For 3 days last week, I was trained by Al Gore on the current state of the climate and how to become a leader in the topic – a Climate Reality Leader. 972 people being in Denver, CO wanting to learn, network, connect, motivate and take action had me certain that the most successful people would see the possibility of tackling this pertinent issue head on. With 97% of scientists aware that the climate is changing due to human causes, climate change is no longer a liberal or conservative issue. Al Gore calls it the Sustainability Revolution. Like the Industrial Revolution and the Digital Revolution, sustainability is finding its way into every industry and its making business more efficient and cost-effective, and with it comes a better quality of life. Jeff Goldblum Pricks Our Eco-Conscience as The Fixer

What would you do if you were locked in a room with the biggest corporate polluters on the planet? Would you give a speech on climate change or a powerpoint on your Clean Power Plan? Maybe team up with Leo diCaprio, Ed Begley and Mark Ruffalo and try a little corporate waterboarding on a few evil fossil fuel execs? Well, the League of Conservation Voters teamed up with Jeff Goldblum and Funny or Die to spoof the Fixer theme and share a few laughs while pricking our collective eco-conscience. In the video, executives gather to try and find a tobacco industry-like fix to their problems. Nevermind Big Tobacco or Volkswagen, these “nincompoops” and “garbage people” are about to be Goldblumed by "The Fixer." Eagle Cam: Take the Ride of your Life on the Back of an Eagle

New Video Today: The military-grade video camera weighs only 300 grams, but on this Imperial Eagle--soaring from the top of the world's tallest building in Dubai--it's a whopping 10 percent of his body weight. Equivalent to carrying two iPhone 6s--plus a charger. Today's spectacular event shows the well-trained eagle, named Darshan, soaring and diving on cue as he watches--and listens to--his handler thousands of feet down clapping commands. All the while, we ride along glimpsing stunning views of the world beneath his wings. Darshan broke a world record by flying from the top of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. The event was coordinated by conservation group Freedom Conservation, in order to raise awareness of the plight of the endangered bird of prey and share the importance of sustainable businesses and how we can build an environment that is safe for humans and animals alike.
